Funny Or Die on HBO Featuring 1000 Cats Performed by Brett Gelman

Brett Gelman is featured in this video performing his 1 man show 1000 Cats. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay’s production company Gary Sanchez and Funny Or Die makes their debut on HBO  this Friday night.  Don’t miss it!   And be sure to look out for 1000 Cats airing on HBO end of March.  Check out Brett’s blog Gelmania while you’re at it.

iPhone, You Phone, Let’s Phone It In

Next Friday (the 13th!) there will be an image extravaganza at the Studio 101 Gallery in Pilsen.  Paul, along with various other Chicago-area photographers, will be displaying artwork created exclusively with Steve Jobs’ notorious little socialization device, the iPhone.

Drawing from various interests and influences, the contributers have used the relatively simple image capturing mechanism of the iPhone as a further extension of their visually creative take on the world.

The opening reception will run from 6-10 p.m. Friday evening, and we would love to see you there!  Find the event on Facebook HERE and invite our friends!

Candace in New York

I returned from NYC one week ago.  My shows and meetings went great and the best part was connecting with old friends. Many parties and events added to the perfect road trip. The Lucie Awards were more fabulous than ever this year as well as the Atedge event.  The PDN bash was a very different party but we all had a good time revisiting with old and new friends. Taking photos with a new acquaintance was quite entertaining. Soon I will tell you about my ping pong adventure.  I LOVE New York City and need a fix after a couple months of being away.
