Paul Elledge’s Selma Project Featured in APA Member Gallery

Paul Elledge’s Selma series is featured in the APA Member Gallery under Inspiration!  In addition to the moving portraits, Paul shares his vision for shooting this historic location and his personal process for capturing the spirit and story of the people reflected in the images. Here’s an excerpt:

I journeyed by foot to feel the spirit of the place and to meet the people. The emotions felt on those walks, and the experiences of meeting todays Selma are what are reflected in this project. My goal was to create a body of work in Selma that illustrated the dignity and humanity that is in all people, whether then or more importantly now.

Be sure to check out the project at the APA Member Gallery.
