Paul Elledge continues to have all of his fabulous Italian photographs shown in all of the Mia Francesca restaurants. There is a new series of large-scale portraits and landscapes on view at Mia Francesa in DC Ranch. These new images were shot during Paul’s last trip to Tuscany. I am so excited that Mia Francesca is on the West Coast now. Personally, I’m hoping they make their way up to Northern California. YUM!

This past week the new cookbook Fiesta at Rick’s premiered at the number 9 spot on the NY Times Best Seller List. Paul worked closely with good friend Rick Bayless, chef of Frontera Grill, XOCO and Topolobampo here in Chicago, to produce the amazing images that accompany the text, recipes and anecdotes in the now best selling book which is aimed at having good times with friends. Kudos to Rick for making it on The New York Times Best Seller List!
